Our client is a leading private equity firm specialising in technology investments. They are now looking for an Investment Analyst & Associate to join their dynamic team.
Investment Analyst:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse high-growth potential companies across the technology landscape.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment theses.
- Support due diligence processes, including data analysis, industry research, and competitor assessments.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years experience within a tech M&A team at a bulge bracket or elite boutique, or currently working in a PE fund as an Investment analyst in the tech space.
- Top-tier degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent research and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on various industries.
Associate:
Responsibilities:
- Source and originate potential investment opportunities through proactive networking and market research.
- Lead and manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external resources.
- Develop and present compelling investment proposals to the investment committee.
- Manage relationships with portfolio companies, monitoring their performance and supporting value creation initiatives.
- Contribute to fundraising activities and investor presentations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity or VC with tech sector focus.
- Proven track record of deal sourcing and execution.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Deep knowledge of the technology sector and its investment landscape.
