As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the investments team by:

• Conducting thorough market analysis and evaluating potential investment opportunities
• Preparing detailed investment reports and financial models
• Assisting with due diligence and negotiating transaction terms
• Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks
• Collaborating with other members of the investment team to achieve goals

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment banking or private equity
• Fluent German
• Solid financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
